Author Contributions

The American Psychological Association (APA) manual, 7th  edition, is advised by the PJPPRP  for authorship credit to those who contributed to the work. The Pakistan Journal of Psychological Research adheres to and endorses the APA's standards for authorship credit for those who take responsibility for and make a significant contribution to a published work (APA Ethics Code Standard 8.12a, Publication Credit). Therefore, authorship includes both writers and scientists who have made significant scientific contributions to a work. Therefore, authorship includes not only those who write but also people who have contributed significantly to a study.

Authors must make sure they have adhered to the Authorship policy and Guide to Authors of the Journal before submitting the final paper.

Those who have contributed to the work but do not match the aforementioned requirements will be acknowledged in the acknowledgements after receiving approval from them. Typically, this comprises of people who have provided material and technical support.
